Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just send it to our mailing address for a refund.

Products must be returned within 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Strobecosmetics.com. A Strobe Cosmetics Gift Card will be issued for returns of products after 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip when returned to our Shipping office.

• The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.

• Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Strobe Cosmetics.

• Exchanges can be made by returning product to our shipping office. Products of equal are greater values are available for exchange. Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. A store credit will be issued for the difference in price if product is of lesser value.

• Rewards points earned for product being returned will be deducted from your account. Rewards points used to make a purchase are not refundable.

• In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier. (USPS)

To return repackage the products you are returning, your original email order confirmation and your pack slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase, you may re-print your invoice.

Strobe Cosmetics will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
